Samad Shoeb’s journey did not begin in communication or public speaking. He began his career as an engineer, later completed his MBA in International Business, and like many professionals, initially followed a conventional career path.
However, during his journey, he realized that the biggest difference between average professionals and successful leaders was not just knowledge — it was communication, confidence, and personality.
This realization led him to dedicate his work to communication, personality development, leadership training, and personal brand building. With this mission, he founded Oratrics — a platform focused on building confident communicators, strong personalities, and future leaders.
Today, Samad Shoeb works with students, professionals, entrepreneurs, and leaders to help them develop communication, confidence, personal brand, and global opportunities.
